I never left my babies to cry as I just couldn't bare leaving them like that. Babies and children don't learn how to self soothe by being left, they just learn that no one comes for them so they stop crying. My role as your sleep coach is to help you get your child to settle without cry it out methods. We look at gentle sleep coaching to help your child sleep.
I believe that sleep is about more than sleep and there are so many factors that can stop us sleeping or sleeping well. This maybe health, diet, the environment or child's routine. My role as a sleep coach is to help you look at what is stopping your child from sleeping, we do this with gentle sleep coaching methods.
Gentle and holistic sleep coaching does take time, you will have good days and bad days as teething, illnesses and other family events can interrupt this. But with support, changes and consistency you would see improvement in your baby or child’s sleep. This may take a few weeks to a couple of months.
Once you have had your free call, and paid for your place. You would fill out a sleep diary for 5 days for me to work with, we would then do a video call to discuss all our notes and conversations we have had. Then if you have chosen a package with methods, you will receive them tailored to your baby or child. We can then get started with gentle sleep coaching.
