Gentle and holistic sleep coaching does take time, you will have good days and bad days as teething, illnesses and other family events can interrupt this. But with support, changes and consistency you would see improvement in your baby or child’s sleep. This may take a few weeks to a couple of months.
I never left my boys to cry as I just couldn't bear to leave them. Babies and children don't learn how to self soothe by being left, they just learn that no one comes for them when they cry. As a gentle sleep coach I look at your whole environment and family set up. I offer bespoke advice tailored to you and your child.
Sleep is about more than sleep, when it comes to sleep there is a road we go down which leads to sleep. Sometimes our environment also affects how we sleep. I know that sometimes our diet can affect how we sleep or behave.
